2. Services and digital products

I offer a range of services and digital products including coaching sessions, manuscript evaluations, and self-study resources. Full details of current offerings and prices are available on the website. I reserve the right to change prices or withdraw offers at any time, though any purchase already made will be honoured at the price paid.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellations and refunds — coaching sessions

For the Story Clarity Session and all other one-to-one services, the following applies:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at your request.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative appointment.

5. Cancellations and refunds — digital products

Digital products are made available immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this and you expressly consent to immediate access, thereby waiving your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

No refunds will be issued for digital products once access has been granted.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within my digital products — including text, worksheets, videos, and course materials — is my original work and remains my intellectual property. You may use materials purchased for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any content without my prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

My services and products are designed to support you in developing your manuscript. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including publication. Results will depend on the effort you invest and the nature of your project.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hannah Plews Book Coach shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any services or products purchased through it.
